Even in our democracies these politics know that control means power. So, a change in policy and the overall society is needed in order to strengthen the power of the citizens. They have to control the government, which is currently not possible (even not in Germany, where the Federal Constitutional Court is the only remaining legal fortress against the government). Maybe it's time to start to invent something new like a "Citizens Internet 2", where it takes another 20 years until our governments know how to control it ;-) Cheers Ralf Hi Dyrathror,
